We recently got a new machine! It places all the surface mount PTS on a PCB.

In recent months, KRI has incorporated a Pick and Place machine and SMT(Surface Mount Technology) line into our manufacturing capabilities. The Pick and Place rapidly and accurately picks up tiny electronic components from a feeder system, checks them with cameras to ensure they’re the right piece and correctly oriented, then places them precisely onto a circuit board. Just as you’d place puzzle pieces on a board, this machine does so at lightning speed and with incredible precision, making it possible to surface mount PCBs efficiently.

The incorporation of this technology allows us to have short lead times when production needs PCB boards as well as increase prototyping speed and productivity.
