Pulsed DC Sputter

The Pulsed DC Sputter Power Supply is a single output, 3000 Watt power supply designed for both Pulsed DC and DC magnetron sputtering. This power supply provides power to the magnetron for both reactive and non-reactive sputtering processes. The Pulsed DC Sputter has an adjustable duty cycle and can operate at frequencies up to 100 kHz.
